Who we are

Devarcon Consulting Guild (DCG) - also known as Devarcon - an emerging consulting guild from India, founded in July 2020. We began with IT/Software Consulting as our core service and are recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Government of India.

We believe that business growth and transformation require two essential elements: the right people and the right technology. Technology alone cannot be the “knight in shining armour” without skilled professionals and effective practices in place. Accordingly, we expanded our offerings to include HR, Soft Skills, Behavioral Skills, and Management Consulting.

We are a Guild of independent consultants - each bringing deep expertise in their respective domains to scale the support your business requires. As “any-workplace” consultants, we operate on a flexible engagement model for team augmentation - contributing from your office, a co-working space, or remotely.

We collaborate with you and your teams to drive initiatives, undertake consulting engagements, and support your business with flexibility and responsibility.

All Guild members operate as independent consultants and are engaged on a project or assignment basis, not as employees.

The "DCG Consultant" is a customer-facing, well-rounded professional who supports our customers by bringing the value of their education, experience, and domain expertise to each engagement. Consultants collaborate with our experienced Managing Consultants and Associate Partners, with support from our Associates - forming a lean and agile Guild ecosystem designed for effective delivery.
