We collaborate with our customers in a hybrid workplace model, allowing our consultants to work flexibly while staying connected to deliver quality outcomes.
Where are our customers
Our customers come from local, national, and international geographies.
The Guild supports clients across regions by working in a hybrid and globally connected model, ensuring consistent delivery regardless of location.
How many days per week
Partners usually work on most days of the week, given their responsibilities and commitments.
Team members are generally expected to work 4–5 days per week, based on project needs and delivery schedules.
What is work timing
We understand it’s not always easy to start early in the morning — especially when consultants often have late evenings due to delivery timelines or coordination with customer teams.
To support flexible work hours and ensure smooth handovers within team and with customers, we’ve defined our active working hours between 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST.
Vacation timing
In addition to mandatory holidays and 102 weekend days, the Guild members can take:
3 weeks of planned time off per year
1 week of planned study leave annually for learning and development
The Guild members are encouraged to take time off — as long as team coordination and customer deliverables remain unaffected.
Types of Roles
The Guild members work either directly with customers or on customer-bound projects.
We define two primary types of roles:
Customer-Facing Role
Customer-Bound Role
The Guild follows a lean team structure, where individual growth is measured by an individual’s competency, subject-knowledge, successful customer engagements, and a hands-on mindset.
This individual growth is recognized through pay scale upgrades.
Additionally, career progression within the Guild is based on the level of responsibility you demonstrate — especially in contributing to the Guild’s accomplishments and overall growth.
