DCG gives flexible work life journey. The consultants are subject matter experts, and they are self-motivated and dedicated for customer success. DCG is the organization of hybrid workspace consultants which means they can work from anywhere; to deliver delight to customers.
How many Days per Week?
Partners work almost all the days of week where in team members require to work 4-5 days per week.
What is Work Timing?
We know it is not easy to report to work early morning when consultants have stretched evening for their delivery and customer team communication previous day. To support flexible timings and proper handover with various customers we defined active time of work between 11am to 7pm IST.
Vacation Timing?
Apart from Mandatory Holidays and 102 Weekends, Guild members can avail 3 weeks off per year and 1 week off per year for study purpose. They can have planned and unplanned leaves without altering teams and customers deliverables.
Types of Roles
The guild members work for customers directly or customers bound projects. Here we have two types of roles - Customer facing Role (Billable) and Customer bound Role (Support)
The guild's organization is very lean team structure where growth is measured in terms of individuals competency knowledge, successful customers engagements and hands-on mindset rewarded by pay scale upgrades. Apart from this, individuals' progression in guild is defined based on demonstrated responsibility you take for the growth of the guild.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
· Min. 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment or recruitment agency.
· Proven track record of delivering quick turnarounds and achieving high conversion rates in talent acquisition.
· Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment methods.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
· Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in recruitment platforms and other recruitment software.
· Proficiency in English, Hindi, Marathi languages preferred.
· Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and selection.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions across different industries.
· Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
· Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Coordinate and facilitate interview schedules, feedback sessions, and candidate assessments.
· Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
· Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, including onboarding new hires.
· Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, conversion rates, and candidate satisfaction.
· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

PoC, Hands-on experience and solving technical problems are must
Understanding, analysing, and developing Objective-C/Swift source code
iOS native application development experience
Flutter development skills will be added advantage

BSc/BCA/BE/BTech in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Applications
Minimum 1 end to end iOS Application Development experience desired
